The Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness (ICPH) is an independent, non-profit research organization based in New York City that produces action-oriented research designed to bring attention to the issue of family homelessness and poverty, and inform and enhance public policy related to homeless families and those living in extreme poverty.
